MORE ABOUT THE TRAINING
Deep Tissue Massage is a myofascial massage technique. It begins with functional analytical diagnostics of muscles, fascia, and soft tissues. This approach helps to understand the topographical three-dimensional arrangement of body tissues. It is one of the most effective therapeutic massage techniques for reducing myofascial pain and improving soft tissue function.
Knowledge of anatomy and the ability to apply all components of the deep tissue massage concept allow practitioners to treat disorders of myofascial origin very effectively. During this massage, special body positions combined with manual movements significantly improve joint and tissue range of motion.
It is one of the most effective forms of manual therapy in cases of chronic conditions and static overload. Deep tissue massage is also highly suitable for athletes who require exceptional tissue elasticity and rapid recovery after overload, injuries, or as a means of injury prevention.
